Generally, we are happy to consider refunds & returns on a case-by-case basis when a shipment is damaged or lost in transit. If you feel there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7-10 business days of receiving your items to discuss the situation. Our team will review the issue with you and preferably work toward a resolution before any returns or refunds are necessary.
If a return is approved, the customer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return arrives safely.
If your item is damaged in transit, please contact us immediately. A damage claim will then be processed with USPS, which requires photos of the damaged packaging and/or item. Once verified, we’ll chat with you about issuing a refund or sending out a replacement.
Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method. Please note that returns must meet the above conditions to be eligible for a full refund.
